Original Manufacturer’s Lamp
These lamps are supplied by the original manufacturer of the projector. They typically feature a bulb from one of the following major bulb manufacturers: Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita.

Diamond Lamps
Utilising the same bulb as supplied by the original manufacturer above, a Diamond Lamp is a cost-effective alternative that doesn’t compromise on quality. Complete with a brand-new chassis, this lamp gives identical performance to the original manufacturer’s lamp, and comes with an unprecedented 6-month warranty.

Alternative/Smart Lamps
Alternative/Smart lamps use a compatible bulb that differs from the original bulb. The quality of these compatible bulbs is not comparable to original bulb products. The brightness of these bulbs often only reaches around 75%-85% of the original bulb products.

Processing Orders
Upon placing your order with us, you’ll receive an e-mailed confirmation that details your order and provides you with a unique order reference number. Upon dispatch, we’ll send you an email to inform you that the goods are in transit. We will also provide a shipping reference that will allow you to track your order online. If you experience any problems concerning delivery of your projector lamps or light bulbs, please contact us for up-to-date information.

Warranties
All projector lamps and projector bulbs come with either a 180-day warranty from date of purchase, or the manufacturer’s warranty (whichever one is longer). Please confirm the warranty coverage period at the time of your purchase.

Insurance
The cost of insurance is covered by us in full until the customer has signed for the goods. If there are any concerns about a product’s condition when received, please sign for them as uninspected, inspect the goods immediately, and contact us within 24 hours of receipt, alerting us to any problems or breakages. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and insured for the full value. If we arrange to collect the product, we will cover this.

All pricing is subject to change. Projector Lamp Experts reserves the right to adjust due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, exchange rate fluctuations, and other extenuating circumstances. In the event Projector Lamp Experts determines an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you regarding the changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. Projector Lamp Experts reserves the right to cancel the sale without incurring any liability.
